a tad lengthy?

so I got rambling yesterday, not sure I could keep that up anyway... who out there is into tea before bed as a calming pleasure? Mint tea tonight, but anything herbal, not caffeinated and non-energizing. Honestly any sort of warm tea-esque beverage makes me breathe more deeply, and just all around love life. Coffee just cant hack it in comparison - its an highly addictive anxiety inducing beverage that leaches minerals from the bloodstream and quite frankly it scares the shit out of me. No thanks, I'll pass. Three cheers for tea.
